A workshop for knots and joints.

Knot&Oak is a catalog of knots and wood joints. One page, one piece of work.

Each page is a sequence you can follow. It names the cord or the timber, then the turns, the tucks, or the cuts, in the order you make them.

There is no reader account. Pages are added one at a time, and the ones already published stay in the catalog.

If a visit counter is switched on, every public page loads the same snippet, either Google Analytics or Matomo, from a single file. Nothing is loaded until that is switched on. The admin pages are marked so search engines do not index them.
